Yeast cell cycle

How does the cell cycle communicate with metabolism? What happens to the translation rate when the cellular volume increases? How are the cell cycle transitions regulated? How does the collected empirical knowledge reflect the cyclic properties of the cell cycle?

These are research questions we study in different projects.
